  About an hour ago was met with a bad attitude and overheard insults for a correction to a mistake on my order. Not the first time I received an attitude over a mistaken order here. I usually go to the other location on Merrick, but they are not 24/7. With the amount times this happened to me here I'm beginning to think the problem here starts with management/hiring staff. Guess there is a reason this place is known as the "Bad" Mcdonald's.
  P.S. I work in the food industry too. Mistakes are going to happen on orders from time to time. Just correct them, own up to them, and move on. It's the attitude that comes with it that will make people not come back. I will surely not be coming back after this last experience unless i start hearing about a drastic change at this location.
